Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene standards, returns are limited.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The product arrived damaged
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.

Return Conditions

Returned products must:

  • Be unused
  • Be unopened and sealed
  • Be in original packaging

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened perfumes
  • Used products
  • Change-of-mind purchases
  • Products damaged after delivery

Refunds

Once the return is approved and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed using the original payment method, or
  • Store credit/replacement may be offered
